Auxiliary Passive
How ability rotation works: Use the Priority number on each ability to control when it fires. Set 1 for builders (they generate resources). Set 2-6 for consumers. The simulator casts abilities in priority order (lowest first), then repeats. An ability only fires when its cooldown is ready.
